  1. The website www.pgaudyt.pl is operated by PG Audyt Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw. 
  2. The website gathers information about users and their behavior in the following way:
    a)  From information voluntarily entered into forms.
    b)  By saving cookie files on terminal devices.

    1. The website collects information submitted voluntarily by the user.
    2. The data entered into the form is not made available to third parties.
    3. The data entered into the form is processed in order to maintain commercial contact.

    1. The website uses cookies.
    2. The cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the terminal device of the User of the website and are designed for use when browsing the website. Cookies typically contain the name of the website they originate from, information on the time of their storage on the terminal device and a unique number.

The website's privacy and cookies policy describes the rules for storing and accessing information on devices using cookies and other technologies on the website www.pgaudyt.pl

§ 1 Definitions

For the purposes of this privacy policy, the terms are:

1. GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council

2. Website – website available at www.pgaudyt.pl

3. Cookies - means IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User uses the Website.

§ 2 Personal data

In connection with the processing of personal data, the visitor has the following rights:

1. the right to request access to personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing,

3. the right to transfer data,

4. the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose, if such consent has been previously expressed,

Requests for quotation

When submitting inquiries, you provide personal data necessary to complete the order. The legal basis for the processing of personal data contained in the inquiry is the potential conclusion of a service contract.

E-mail contact

When contacting us via e-mail, the e-mail address is naturally provided as the address of the sender of the message. In addition, the content of the message may also contain other personal data. The legal basis for the processing of personal data in such a case is the consent resulting from initiating contact. Personal data provided to me as part of e-mail contact is processed solely for the purpose of handling the inquiry. The content of correspondence may be archived.

§ 3 Cookies
